Leeds Champ show results.  I could not enter this show because I was judging the day before at Hampshire.  I was very pleased with my best of breed winner Bracco Italiano and Vizsla. Thank you to all that came under me. Especially the Vizsla who was short listed for the group later.  


But today's Leeds Champ show results. 

Silvestre Fit as a Fiddle 1st place junior bitch and again another crufts qualifier for her.
Silvestre Wednesday in Special beginners was 2nd place which qualified her for Crufts 2026.  So far we will be having a big team going to Crufts 2026.  We haven't finished the year yet so I hope to get a couple more dogs qualified.

Quite some achievement for our breeding.  Proud of everyone who got their dogs to shows and how well they have done. 

Im now taking behaviour consultations. 

It can be any dog pedigree or cross breed.  Not just dogs we have bred.  I hope to be able to help you get the best out of your dogs. 

Silvestre owners will get a discounted rate.  

First consultation by whats app video where you will ask you set questions.   I will then draw up a plan of action to help you.  I will ring you a week later to see how it's going.  My idea is that we see a lot of behaviourists over charging prices from their clients.  I want to do more remote work. I will come see you if you are local if you wish.  We will keep in contact by whats app.  The  majority of problems I can help via video which keeps the costs down for you.  There is an ethical value which should be attached to behavioural work. Because we see a lot who want to string it out to earn more money. Where as some things can be helped in a matter of weeks not months.  Of course somethings will take longer.  But let's see how we can help your dog with our 30 years experience in the dog world. 

I was speaking to someone locally 6 months ago (NOT one of our dogs), and they said they had a Vizsla and got in a behaviourist who charged £750 to be told a few weeks later they could not do anything to help the dog.  Nothing at all.  It sounded like they did so little.  No knowledge on the breed of dog. No training tips given.  The problem is we have an unregulated industry.  You could set up tomorrow with no official training.  

 

I have put online finally our access page again. Which is a helpful page with lots of files in written by me and some others.  This is to help all our owners with their puppies.  It does not contain training or behaviour.  
We now have a new password which I hope works.  So contact me for the password.

I shall now be working towards my other project which I hope will be online by October this year. It's a bigger project.

We qualified 2 dogs for Crufts 2026.  
Brandi was qualified and so was Nancy.  

We are not doing many shows this year due to me pursuing other activities with the dogs.  Im looking forward to my first man trailing in a weeks time. I'll let you know how we get on.
