Frodo spent little time with us really. We introduced him from a friend who was giving up breeding her dogs. To gain new bloodlines he was introduced at a time when I needed a big outcross. The first litter he gave us was less than 1% in COI.
Frodo was an old dog when he came to us. We were mindful that his last leg of his life should be the very best a dog should have and deserve. A couch to sleep on, well fed, walks in the countryside. No pressure of. shows as he had done his bit and was an Irish Champion.
I always wished he had come to me as a puppy as the fun we would have had in the ring would have been great.
Frodo was such a gentle natured dog. The perfect gentleman.
I still miss him and I would look for him every day when he left.
