Welcome to Maeve's page

Maeve is a Nancy daughter, and her birthday was October 2025.  We had the opportunity to use my favourite male Bracco in the UK called Eddie and we thank Ian Sladden from canemamans Bracco for letting us use Eddie.  I have a feeling Maeve is more like her dad than Mum but time will tell. 

Maeve has had a quiet baby puppy time with gentle socialisation to the beach, woodlands, and she has been to training classes.  She has also been to a dog show registered as not for competition.  Just so she could take in the atmosphere. She was not impressed for a long time, but with no pressure put on pups they absorb whats going on. 
The Bracco is a breed which needs gentle handling as they can totally get put off.  But she now gets excited to go out with us.  It looks like Maeve will be coming to Wales with us soon.  This will widen her experiences of life and give more confidence for her. This means we may for the first time have to leave Geralt behind which he will hate, but we find holidays are the best way possible to socialise puppies, as they get to sit outside cafe, see the world, the sea, waterfalls and so on. 

Im very thrilled with Maeve at the moment, and her movement is to die for. I love watching her being trained. 
It's exciting to watch a youngster come on.  Everyone keeps telling me I have a very nice puppy. 

Wow what a start to her show career.  Wins minor puppy, best puppy bitch, best puppy in show under breed specialist Emma Towns.  I am just so happy that Maeve did so well.  Congratulations to her brother Dalton who was reserve best puppy in show after winning minor puppy dog and best puppy dog. His pedigree name is Silvestre Pop Soda Pop.   
Lovely to see also a sister this week in training for field trials eventually.  Quite the family of stars. 

Maeve will have a litter in 2028, after completing health tests.  I have two chestnut boys in mind to use. But I am going to wait and announce at the time.  I like to use Chestnut so we get both colours.  I will retain a chestnut female when I have a litter with Maeve. To continue the blood line.
