This is Maisie's page and she is now maturing into a lovely young adult.
Maisie had very loving owners for a start but they couldn't keep her, so at 6 months we took her back in. Maisie has a superb friendly nature, loves life alittle too much I think. Her pedigree name came from our Magic litter. Her sister went to Devon and will be shown eventually once Covid goes. Maisie I have no plans on showing, but as you can see she has a great outline, and she is a quality Vizsla. If Covid 19 had not hit the UK I would of trained her to show, but the likelihood of shows being on in the near future is slim.
Maisie is well covered, and fit. She is hard with muscle and she loves to play ball. Guess whose her daddy. LOL
Maisie is also a thinker, and she loves to follow me around on my little jaunts around the garden. I always say come on Maisie time to help me feed the chickens, and she’s up like a flash. Its her little routine she loves to help. She attached herself to me, and a lot of that comes from fear that her first owners dumped her, so she questions if we would do the same. I tell her on a daily basis she was meant to come home.
Maisie loves dehydrated foods such as cows ears, turkey necks, chicken and duck feet and wings. She has the raw diet and looks fab on it.
Maisie is hip scored, results wont be in until February most likely. But she has excellent hip scores. So be interesting to see them come in.
Maisie is a good traveller in the car, and loves her trips out. She settles down and sleeps until we get to destination. Maisie’s character reminds me of her grandmother Ginga. Ginga couldnt keep four paws on the ground until 5 years of age, so it took that long to get her stud book number when showing her. They just love life. Life is good regardless if it is snowing, raining, windy, we will go out and enjoy our day.
Maisie should have a season approx June onwards in 2021. If timing works we will have a litter with her. If it doesnt work then we will have a litter on the next season which could tip her into 2022. We want to use our own male Indiana on her.
