THANK YOU FOR VISITING OUR CONTACT PAGE
Please note: We do not have staff - this is a family home.
My name is Rachel, and you’ll usually be speaking with either Rachel Savage or Darryl Savage.
Because we care for several dogs every day (exercise, feeding, grooming, training, and vet trips), I’m not always able to answer calls straight away. I know this can be frustrating, and I really appreciate your patience. Following the steps below is the best way to make sure you can book a time to speak with me.
How to contact us
The best first step is to send a text between 10:30am and 12noon. I check my phone periodically during the morning and early afternoon, and I’ll reply to arrange a convenient time for you to call.
It could be that Im booked that day so will have to arrange the following day.
I do not usually take calls in the evenings or at weekends, unless we have arranged it in advance (or if we currently have puppies available, when I may be able to accommodate a call sooner).
UK: 07584 279384 From Europe: +44 7584 279384
If you are outside the UK, it’s often easiest to message on WhatsApp first so we can chat briefly before arranging a call.
If you send messages outside the hours I have my contact hours you will have to wait for a reply in contact hours. This goes for weekends too.
Please note
- We no longer have a a landline; we use mobile phones.
- We do NOT answer with held numbers. If your job blocks your number you will have to call from your personal phone.
- We do NOT take calls Saturdays or Sundays.
- We do not take calls evenings unless pre-arranged.
- We will respond to texts during the week.
- Please avoid texting late evenings, night times or very early mornings.
We are happy to chat via social media messages, but longer conversations are best on WhatsApp. Please also note: we do not sell puppies via social media, text, or WhatsApp—you will need to speak with us by phone.

Visiting us
Visits are by appointment only. Please do not call and ask to drop in on the same day, even if you are already nearby. For safety reasons, we only arrange visits in advance.
Video calls
We can offer video calls via WhatsApp or FaceTime, by appointment, so you can meet us and see the puppies without making multiple trips. This can save time, fuel, and unnecessary travel—especially during busy periods when traffic to the Norfolk coast can be heavy.
If you’re interested in a video call, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
VISITING INFORMATION - You get approximately 1 hours visit with us when you come to see puppies. This means someone could be in front of you and some one behind you. So please be on time. If you are going to be late, you are likely to miss quality time with the babies. Better to be early and go and grab a coffee locally than be too late.
Although we state on our website we do visits when puppies are 5 weeks of age, this is very dependant on what else we have going on. We may of had a show pre - booked or family event which makes it impossible to see you at that 5 week stage. In that case we will do 6 weeks.
COLLECTION INFORMATION - You are given half an hour time slots if the all go off the same time. We let puppies go as early as 8am for long travellers, through to 5pm in the afternoon. But the leaving date times are usually booked between 9am to 1pm. Other times outside this are booked for those who just find it impossible to get away sooner due to work commitments.
AGE OF COLLECTION - All our puppies leave at 8 weeks of age. We know that you will read online that puppies are better collected at 7 weeks of age and it is very true they are. From a behavioural point of view HPR breeds should be in a home at 7 weeks. But we are bound by rules put in place by defra. This is why we do not like puppies staying longer than 8 weeks.
